I love doing construction and land lending as I’m assisting families with obtaining their dream home. Having a custom built home is extra special; the homeowners get to put their special touches on the home and I get the pleasure of being a part of that process and dream come true. 

What can you expect from me as your lender is:

Experience. I have been working in construction and land lending for over a decade. Construction and land financing is different from purchasing an existing home. I will ask questions and explain the process to you as many times as needed. My job is to make sure you understand the steps and processes.

To make sure you understand the process. I want to make sure you are comfortable with everything as this is a huge investment.
