Haley Vesperman

Haley Vesperman serves as a Producer Bank Officer with First State Bank, bringing more than 11 years of banking experience to her clients and community. Throughout her career, she has worked in several areas of banking, including account opening, lending support, credit analysis, and treasury management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

In her current role, Haley focuses on building strong client relationships, generating deposits and loans, and connecting customers with financial solutions tailored to their unique needs. She believes that taking the time to truly understand each customer’s goals is the foundation for providing meaningful guidance and exceptional service.

Haley earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and is actively involved in the communities she serves. Her community involvement includes serving as a Kiwanis Board Member, participating on the United Way Allocations Committee, and serving as a Chamber Ambassador for Gainesville, Sherman, and Denison. She is also a recipient of the Women in Kiwanis Award, was recognized as Ambassador of the Month for Gainesville, and is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her son. She is passionate about staying active through CrossFit and hiking, and some of her favorite adventures include hiking Angels Landing, exploring Machu Picchu, and trekking Rainbow Mountain.

A fun fact about Haley is that she is always looking for her next adventure, whether it’s a challenging hike, a new destination to explore, or an opportunity to make a positive impact in her community.
