Please review these SMS Terms and Conditions carefully. By agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of First State Bank (“the Bank”), or by otherwise providing your phone number to the Bank, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, as well as the Bank’s SMS Privacy Policy and standard Privacy Policy.
Important Considerations:
- Message Frequency
- Messaging frequency may vary. The Bank will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any text messages as delivery is subject to effective transmissions from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. You acknowledge that text message services are provided by your network operator on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis.
- Message & Data Rates
- Message and data rates may apply. Please note that the Bank does not charge for text messages. You could, however, be subject to standard messaging and data fees from your carrier. Please refer to your plan details for more information.
- Security
- If you receive a message asking you to provide or confirm personal details or confidential information, DO NOT REPLY. We would request that you immediately report such message to First State Bank by contacting our Customer Service Line at 940-665-1711 or Toll Free at 833-372-2265.
- Opting out
- You have the right to opt-out out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To discontinue receiving SMS messages from the Bank, please reply to the SMS message with STOP.

SMS Privacy Policy
Please review the SMS Privacy Policy carefully. By agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of First State Bank (“the Bank”), or by otherwise providing your phone number to the Bank, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, as well as the Bank’s SMS Privacy Policy and standard Privacy Policy.

- We will not share your personal data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Your mobile opt in information, SMS consent process, and telephone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

- Any other information you provide to us through SMS

SMS Terms & Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy Consent
By enrolling or agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of the Bank, or by otherwise providing your mobile phone number to the Bank, you acknowledge that the Bank may obtain data including, but not limited to, your name, your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages and any other information that you may provide to us through SMS. The Bank may use this information to provide customer support, contact you to provide any services you may request from us, and to operate and improve our services to you. Please note, however, that we do reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or governmental inquiry. You hereby represent that you are the owner or authorized user or subscriber of the phone number and wireless device that you are using to receive text messages from or on behalf of the Bank. You may receive text messages when you apply for, or attempt to use, a Bank product or service, as applicable, or when you contact the Bank.
Please note that the Bank may alter these SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy from time to time and reserves the right to do so. We may suspend or terminate text message services to you if we believe you are in breach of our SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy. Text message services are also subject to termination in the event your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may also discontinue text message services at any time.
