Steven Valliere

Steven Valliere is an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with more than five years of commercial banking experience. He specializes in commercial real estate, construction, owner-occupied, and commercial & industrial lending, partnering with business owners, investors, and developers to provide financing solutions that support long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Steven has built expertise in commercial loan underwriting, credit analysis, financial statement analysis, cash flow evaluation, risk assessment, loan structuring, and relationship management. His diverse background has given him a well-rounded understanding of both the analytical and relationship-driven aspects of commercial lending.

Steven is committed to providing personalized service, taking the time to understand each client’s goals and delivering practical financing solutions with transparency, responsiveness, and integrity. He believes every borrower and every project is unique, and he works to build lasting relationships based on trust.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas and holds NMLS #2737111. He is also a graduate of Celina Leadership Class 5, where he strengthened his understanding of local government, economic development, and community leadership.

Outside of the office, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, riding motorcycles, following commercial real estate and investment trends, and staying current on emerging technologies.
