Rick Spencer, CFA® currently serves First State Bank as Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager of the Wealth Management & Trust Department. He manages investment portfolios and real estate for the trust department and has been with the bank since November 2025. Rick has over 25 years of experience in trust and investments and has held the Chartered Financial Analyst designation since 1994. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from East Carolina University.
