Mother’s Day Massage Giveaway – Official Rules

Start and End Date of Drawing:
Entries will be accepted beginning April 27 and ending May 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CT). The drawing for all winners will be conducted shortly after the promotion period ends.
Who:
First State Bank, also known as “Sponsor.” Massage providers are not sponsors or participants in this promotion.
What You Can Win:
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) 60-minute massage. Massage provider will be selected based on the winner’s location. No cash value. Non-transferable.
The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses not explicitly stated. The winner may be issued a 1099-MISC. The prize consists only of the items specifically listed. If a winner cannot accept the prize as specified, it may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Who Can Enter:
The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the State of Texas and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants do not need to be customers of First State Bank to enter or win.
Employees, officers, and directors of First State Bank, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to win. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post
• Tag at least one person in the comments
Each additional tag counts as one additional entry. Sharing the post is optional.
How to Win:
No purchase is necessary to win. Three (3) winners will be selected at random. Winners will be notified via Facebook direct message and announced on First State Bank’s official Facebook page. Winners will have 48 hours to respond, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity:
By entering the drawing, entrants grant First State Bank the right to publish and use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.
General:
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for First State Bank to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes without further compensation.
First State Bank is not responsible for any problems, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the promotion or use of the prize and makes no warranties regarding the prize.
Noncompliance, failure to respond within the required timeframe, or inability to contact the winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Conduct:
First State Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless First State Bank and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Official Rules:
In the event of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control.
