Keela Stobaugh

Keela Stobaugh currently serves First State Bank as Assistant Vice President of Trust Administration and has worked in trust operations since 1993.  Keela’s banking career began in 1982 as a bank teller.  Eleven years later, she transferred to the Trust Department and never looked back.  As a seasoned fiduciary professional with 14 years in trust operations plus more than 18 years of experience in trust administration, Keela is adept in supporting trust officers with their duties in administering trust, estate, agency, and custodial accounts.  She also enjoys helping clients and getting to know them as well as their families, working with attorneys, paralegals and accountants.  Likewise, she’s always happy to assist co-workers with their projects.
