Kaylee Jacobs currently serves First State Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Trust Operations. With over 15 years of banking experience and 5 years focused on Wealth Management & Trust Operations, Kaylee has developed a strong background in financial processes and operational efficiency. Holding a degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University, she enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that keeps trust and investment systems running smoothly—whether it’s streamlining procedures, ensuring accuracy, or supporting cross-functional teams. From 2022- 2024, Kaylee attended classes through Cannon Financial Institute and obtained the designation of Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP®).
