Everardo “Evy” Puente is an AVP Commercial Loan Officer specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Lending. With a background in banking since 2018 and lending since 2023, Evy brings fresh perspective and a strong passion for helping businesses and individuals reach their financial goals.

Evy’s expertise spans a variety of loan products, including C&I, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and Residential Construction. He is skilled in financial and credit analysis and is deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive the right solutions for their needs.

At the heart of Evy’s customer-focused approach is his dedication to helping businesses, individuals, and families achieve their dreams and goals within the community. He believes in building lasting relationships by getting to know his clients personally, earning their trust, and fostering strong connections that go beyond financial transactions.

Evy holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of the Texas Tech School of Banking. He is also an active member of his community, serving as an Ambassador for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce and as a graduate of Leadership Gainesville.

Outside of his professional life, Evy’s top priority is his family. He cherishes spending time with his wife and two daughters. Additionally, he enjoys watching sports, playing outdoor activities, grilling with family and friends, and simply soaking up the sun.

A fun fact about Evy is that he is a Gainesville native and is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to connect with a broader range of clients in the community.
