Austin Reiter is a dedicated Vice President and Commercial Lender with 10 years of banking experience. He specializes in providing financial solutions for small to large businesses, as well as lending on cattle, agricultural equipment, land, home construction, investment real estate, permanent mortgages, and home equity. With a diverse lending background, Austin has developed a comprehensive understanding of both personal and commercial lending needs.
Throughout his career, Austin’s expertise has expanded from working as an analyst, evaluating the financial feasibility of new loans, to assessing risks as a 3rd party loan review analyst. For the past six years, he has worked directly with his neighbors in Cooke County, helping them navigate their lending needs with personalized service.
Austin’s customer-focused approach ensures that clients receive honest, straightforward advice and solutions that are tailored to their unique situations. His solution-oriented perspective is aimed at finding the best possible outcomes for each individual or business.
Currently pursuing graduate studies at SMU’s Southwest Graduate School of Banking, Austin is also a graduate of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, Texas Tech School of Banking, and IBAT’s Banking Lending Institute.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys smoking meats, playing sports with his three kids, striking a golf ball, and immersing himself in all things football, from Friday night lights to Sunday Cowboys games. He is also actively involved in his community, having served as the past president and board member of the Frank Buck Zoological Society, Vice Chair of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, Trustee for the Lindsay Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Gainesville Kiwanis Club and St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
A fun fact about Austin is that he spent a semester of college in Dunedin, New Zealand, where he hiked and explored the island’s unique topography – an experience that left a lasting impact on his love for adventure and the outdoors.
