TEMPORARY BANK LOBBY & DRIVE-THRU SERVICES

Dear Valued First State Bank Customer:

Your local bank branch is equipped and staffed to assist you. Bank lobby services are currently made by appointment, and drive-thru lanes are open to provide expanded, traditional lobby services. If you request to conduct in-person transactions or meet with a banker, please call your local branch or customer service at 940-665-1711. 

We also encourage you to use our remote banking services including Interactive Teller Machines (ITM’s), ATM’s, Online Banking and Online Bill Pay (where transactions are conducted and bills are paid electronically via the Internet), Mobile Deposit (requires FSB mobile app where deposits are made into your account by taking a picture with your smartphone or tablet) and Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments (where money transfers are made from one person to another electronically).

These temporary changes in bank services are precautionary measures to help minimize the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), and by doing so, places the safety and health of our employees and you, our valued customers, foremost during these unprecedented times.
